I had called Clean Surface Solutions and I was immediately setup with an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. David asked me to send pictures of my lanai prior to him coming which I did and was instructed to remove everything I could from the area the day before. He showed up a half hour prior to scheduled time which was great. He was quick and efficient but also very helpful and reasonably priced I will definitely use him again for power washing my walkways and driveways and, of course, my lanai. One quick note, he also identified a leak flowing in the street that I wasn’t aware of. Hopefully it is a city of Clermont issue. Thank you so much David! 110 % satisfied!
Had other so called "professional cleaning services". Not on the sane caliber as Cleaning Surface solutions. I couldn't be more satisfied

Absolutely thrilled with the pressure washing job we received from Clean Surface Solutions! Our driveway, sidewalk, and walkways went from dull and dirty to looking brand new again. The difference is truly astounding!
Absolute perfection, my roof looks new again despite its 10 year age. I had the concrete cleaned as well and it also looks almost new and there were no streaks. There is a 5 STAR rating but I'd give Clean Surface Solutions an extra star (6).
I had my first experience with this company today and wanted to say that I was extremely pleased. I did not realize how dirty my roof was. A great job was done! David said 8am, I get over to my rental property at 740ish and he already started as was well into it. I am more than pleased with results, house now has amazing curb appeal and will draw a lot of attention on the market soon. He does roofs and I’ll be a repeat customer!
